Confirmation of a charter by signing a contract and making payment acknowledges acceptance of all policies as stated herein.

DEPOSIT DUE: A deposit is required to confirm your charter date. All bookings are tentative, pending receipt of deposit.
|
|
|
|
BALANCE DUE: The balance of your trip is due 21 days prior to your departure date, unless your contract states otherwise. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY.

|
|
CHECK WRITING POLICY: Make all checks payable to REGAL SERVICES, INC. There is a $25.00 bank fee charged for all returned checks. The amount of the return check and the $25 fee are to be paid prior to your departure date.

|
|
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please inform our office of any cancellation of services at least 21 days prior to departure. If cancellation occurs after 21 days prior, you will forfeit your deposit.

|
|
ENTERTAINMENT EQUIPMENT: Regal Coach Lines will not be held responsible for the malfunction of any electronic entertainment equipment aboard the motorcoach during your charter, i.e. Video/DVD Equipment, CD Player, Radio or PA System. In case of such malfunction, we will do our best to have the equipment repaired.

|
ITINERARY: An itinerary is required at least 7 days prior to departure, for all charters. It must include any utilization of the coach during the charter and the addresses of all hotels and attractions. If an itinerary is not received prior to your departure date, the driver will carry out your charter according to the contract only. If the itinerary contains usage not included in the original quote, your price is subject to change accordingly.

DELAYS: Regal Coach Lines will not be held responsible for any delays as a result of any act beyond the operator’s control, i.e. weather, construction, traffic, customer not following itinerary, etc.
