Q. How far in advance should I book my bus rental?
A. Normally 3 to 6 months in advance is recommended. However some dates in April, May, June and many weekend dates will book full 6-9 months in advance, while other times in January and February can be booked up to a week before your trip.

Q.Does Regal book hotel rooms, entrance into attractions and arrange tours?
A. We will gladly setup your entire itinerary or assist you in arranging your tours,       whichever you desire.  Our Tour Department is your connection to the world.

Q. Are food and drinks allowed on the charter buses?
A. Yes, food and drinks are permitted on the coach. We ask that all trash is placed in the trash bags we supply.  (Please see our General Policy for procedures regarding alcoholic beverages.)

Q. Are alcoholic beverages allowed on the motorcoach?
A. Yes, canned drinks are fine, kegs and bottles are prohibited. We charge a $200 refundable deposit, which is returned if the motorcoach is kept clean and there is no damage.

Q. Is smoking allowed on the motorcoach?
A. No, Regal has a no smoking policy while on the coach.

Q. Do your motorcoaches have restrooms?
A. Yes, all of our motorcoaches are restroom equipped.

Q. What other amenities are on the coach?
A. All of our coaches are equipped with DVDs, AM FM radios, PA systems, reclining seats, individual reading lights, and of course air conditioning. Feel free to bring your favorite videos to watch while traveling.

Q. Where do you store my suitcase and how much luggage can I take?
A. All of our motorcoaches have ample space under the coach to carry your luggage. The charter buses also have overhead compartments inside the coach for a carry-on bag.
